  • Position Overview:

    As an Inside Sales Representative at Poolside Adventures®, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and connecting with clients directly from our headquarters. This role involves generating leads, nurturing relationships, and managing the sales cycle through phone, email, and virtual meetings. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a talent for customer service and sales who can balance multiple client interactions while effectively supporting  sales’ initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Qualification & Outreach: Conduct research and initial outreach to potential customers in aquatic facilities, recreation centers, resorts, and related markets, qualifying leads for the outside sales team.

    • Customer Relationship Support: Build rapport with clients through regular communication, offering updates and support to ensure they’re engaged and satisfied throughout the sales process.

    • Virtual Product Demonstrations: Host virtual meetings and product demos, showcasing the unique benefits of Poolside Adventures® offerings and answering client questions.

    • Order Management & Coordination: Facilitate smooth order processing by coordinating with the operations, and logistics teams, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track lead progress, and report on key metrics, offering insights to the Sales and Marketing team.

    • Product Knowledge & Customer Support: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to confidently handle client inquiries, guide product selection, and provide support in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably within recreation, aquatic, or sports industries.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build connections over the phone and through virtual meetings.

    • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple accounts.

    • Experience using CRM tools and other sales software a plus

    • A genuine enthusiasm for aquatic recreation and helping clients find innovative solutions.

  • Position Overview:
    As a Regional Sales Manager at Poolside Adventures, you will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with clients across your designated territory. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, presenting our innovative product line to potential clients, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a client-facing, dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers in aquatic facilities, recreation centers, resorts, and related markets.

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

    • Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Confidently present and demonstrate Poolside Adventures products, highlighting the value and unique features of our offerings.

    • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and closing deals.

    • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your designated region, including travel to client sites as needed.

    • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets to effectively position our products in the marketplace.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the recreation, aquatic, or sports industry.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

    • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

    • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

    • A passion for aquatic recreation and a desire to represent innovative, exciting products.
