We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the growth of Poolside Adventures across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for innovative products. Experience in the aquatic recreation industry is a plus. As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a national sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets across the United States and globally.
Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and lead a global sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including water parks, resorts, and other recreational facilities, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Poolside Adventures' presence in untapped markets.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales leadership.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets on a national level.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Experience in the aquatic recreation industry is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, presenting our innovative product line to potential clients, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a client-facing, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers in aquatic facilities, recreation centers, resorts, and related markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Confidently present and demonstrate Poolside Adventures products, highlighting the value and unique features of our offerings.
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and closing deals.
Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your designated region, including travel to client sites as needed.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the recreation, aquatic, or sports industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
A passion for aquatic recreation and a desire to represent innovative, exciting products.
